This page explains how Build My Trade Site handles information in the current preview-before-payment workflow. Final policy copy should be reviewed before public launch.

What we collect

When you submit a Website Brief, we store the contact details you provide (email, phone, business details), the answers in your brief, and any Business Assets you upload.

How we use it

We use your details to build your Website Preview, communicate via Transactional Email, and manage your Annual Website Plan after Site Acceptance.

Analytics

If you allow analytics, we use public marketing page analytics to understand which pages, examples, and calls to action people use. We do not use this marketing analytics on private Website Preview pages or the Operator Workspace.

Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your Website Brief and Business Assets at any time. Billing and accounting records may be retained where required by law.
